Can you bring us in the morning and pick us up in the evening again?

Yes sure you can select a back and forth transfer and choose your preferred departure times.

Will the sea be rough?

Depending the season the sea can be a bit rough. Normally during May to October there might be days with stronger south-east wind which causes rough sea.
